1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using the DEMAG11 application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

DEMAG11 is available only to residents of India who are 18 years of age or older. The platform is not available in states where fantasy sports are restricted by law, including Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, and Telangana.

3. Game of Skill

DEMAG11 is a game of skill. The outcome depends on your knowledge of cricket, strategic team selection, and analytical ability. The Supreme Court of India has recognized fantasy sports as a game of skill.

4. Wallet & Transactions

Game Coins (GC) are bonus credits used to enter contests. Stars are earned winnings. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification and applicable TDS deductions as per Indian tax law.

5. Fair Play

Any attempt to manipulate the platform, use bots, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

6. Limitation of Liability

DEMAG11 shall not be liable for any loss arising from match cancellations, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events. Please play responsibly and within your means.
