Refund Policy

1. Wallet Deposits

If a payment is deducted from your bank/UPI but Game Coins are not credited to your wallet within 30 minutes, contact support at support@demag11.app. We will investigate and credit or refund within 3–5 working days.

2. Contest Entry Refunds

If a contest is cancelled by DEMAG11 (e.g., due to match cancellation or insufficient entries), the full entry fee is refunded to your wallet balance automatically.

3. Match Abandonment

If a match is abandoned before the minimum overs required for a result (as per the contest rules), the entry fee will be refunded to participants.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Entry fees for contests that have been played to completion are non-refundable regardless of your team's performance. Contest fees paid using free bonus coins are not eligible for refund.

5. Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–48 hours. Once initiated, a withdrawal cannot be cancelled. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100 in Stars.
